Rental Policies

• No pets allowed.
• No smoking allowed.
• No 'boondocking' or dry camping.  RV shall be parked a purpose built camping locations that provide 50A electrical, water, and sewer hookups.
• Renters are not permitted on roof.

• Use of awning is highly discouraged.  Awnings are not covered under any insurance and can be easily damaged, even in minor wind (<10MPH).  Renter will be financially responsible for awning repair or replacement, which will far exceed the amount of the Security Deposit.
• Renter is responsible for cleaning of RV prior to end of rental.
• Renter is responsible for emptying and flushing of waste water holding tanks.
